FAQ

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We only accept exchanges for unworn and unaltered merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we believe the item was misused or intentionally damaged.

All special order and personalized  items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order is placed. Deposits on custom orders will not be refunded after an order is placed. Please contact us if you have questions before placing a custom order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and get it ready to ship.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in New York state at the current local rate. 

 

Custom Order

Want something special? We can customize whatever you would like! Please email us your idea and we will bring it to life. We do engagement rings, wedding bands, bridal party gifts and all sorts of necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. *Please note that custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable.

 

Sizing

If a specific size is not in stock, please allow us 7-10 business to customize your order. If something is not in stock, you will receive an email notifying you exactly when your item will be ready.

 

Engraving

Please choose whether or not you would like your product engraved on the available items; there is a space for your inscription. There will be an additional charge of $35 added to your item.
